5.2.4 Rehabilitation Act of 1973

Rehabilitation Act of 1973 states that no otherwise qualified handicapped person shall, solely by reason of handicap, be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity that receives federal financial assistance. The College complies with this legislation in its hiring procedures.
